All HVAC companies are not created equally. My Water Furnace lake loop was not operational for a few weeks, and after speaking to many companies, most of them agreed my furnace was too old and that I should replace it, not Tim Kegel. He told me it's always better to try to fix something rather than spend the big bucks and replace it. Boy, was he right. My furnace stopped working on Friday right before the long weekend when outside temperature was -15. The weekend forecast was snowing, winds and temperatures plummeting to -20. I was able to reach Kegel Heating & Cooling Emergency services and left the message. Greg called back within 10 minutes and calmly assessed the situation (I was a bit freaking out since the temperature in the house was already 3°C / 37°F). Quick service & very trustworthy. Arrived next day as they committed too, installed new hot water tank, changed uv light/filter on disinfectant system Fully tested, cleaned up excellent, up and running quickly. Very respectful, friendly and highly competent folks. I would recommend and trust them with any future repairs.
