This is one of, if not, the most disorganized online shops around. I've given them 3 chances and they failed 3 times. Put in 3 different orders. The first two I had to reach out to them to ask if the order was ready after waiting a few weeks. We went on Saturday to buy alcohol based on a recommendation from Social Loft. The website said they opened at 11 am, but they actually opened at 1 pm that day. When we were ready to make a purchase, I mentioned that Social Loft had suggested their liquor store and that we had an event the next day at @social loft, which is right across from them. For a place that has the word "keg" in the name of their store, it was truly unbelievable the saga I went through trying to order one. Spoiler alert - I never received my keg after two months of back and forth. First, I completed the form online in mid-May, as this was supposed to be a birthday gift for my partner.
