Rented a unit for 2 years, and was surprised to find out that painting is NOT normal wear and tear. We spent 5 hours deep cleaning this Apartment and also a few hours patching nail holes from pictures. Spotless. And were still charged a cleaning fee and painting fee, NEVER LATE ON RENT EVEN THRU THE PANDEMIC, and got ripped off for 600$
