Do not ever buy anything from them.
Have purchased two vehicles here. The sales people are great. Unfortunately, their service department leaves much to be desired. I have called three times, two of which I have left a message for Mr. Jelly, the service manager, who has never responded back. I think that for any business five business days should be plenty for a call back. Their service department will be the reason why if I won’t be purchasing another VW from that dealer when I decide to change cars again.
The slowest service in history and the lack of communication is diabolical.
The voice menu system doesn't even work at this dealership. The number pad numbers don't even register on their site to answer their questions so you can speak to the correct department. And it was impossible to call and actually talk to a person on the phone cuz all you got was this AI generated nonsense where the number pad was useless to connect to a department.
Good luck if you ever try to purchase a vehicle at this establishment. They will tell you that they have a vehicle on the lot and then you will arrive and find out it is not there. They will waste your time and not care at all.
