Went here for an oil change. Do not do it. I had a scheduled appointment at 845am and left at 1045am. The service provider Autumn kept telling me 20mins and by then 50mins went by and no updates not nothing. The amount of time I could've taken the engine out and put it back in... No customer service or anything. 2 hours for an oil change and it was not busy. A lady came in AFTER me and left BEFORE me. Again, a regular SCHEDULED oil change no other issues for my car. Shame on this dealership. Backstory: This vehicle purchase was my daughter’s 16 birthday present. We have owned it for 14 months. 5-6 months of that have been it sitting in Keffer’s service department bc they won’t honor their 12 months/12000 mile warranty on repairs. Avoid this service department at all cost. Timeline - Mid Jan 2025 - $3000 in repairs prior to sale to make the car ready for sale. March 2025 - Car has moderate coolant and oil leak. This review has had a long time coming. I just want to say that manager Jim Jelley and his service department provide immaculate care for VW customers and their vehicles. I've leased or purchased two vehicles from another VW dealership in the area and they didn't treat me as such. The dealership that I brought the car from told me to sell it to CarMax while it was still under warranty! 65,000 miles!
