This review has had a long time coming. I just want to say that manager Jim Jelley and his service department provide immaculate care for VW customers and their vehicles. I've leased or purchased two vehicles from another VW dealership in the area and they didn't treat me as such. The dealership that I brought the car from told me to sell it to CarMax while it was still under warranty! 65,000 miles! Sitting here at almost 2 hours for an oil change (yes I had an appointment), zero communication and the only updates I can get are if I walk out there and ask. Will NOT be returning ever again, please save yourself the biggest headache and go to a different VW service department.
