I’m surprised by all the negative reviews about receiving updates because I had the opposite experience. I was in this last weekend for a 70,000 mile service and Darryl was super attentive and kept me up to date on everything! They even stayed past their closing time to finish my car which I super appreciated! Will definitely be coming back here.
Went here for an oil change. Do not do it. I had a scheduled appointment at 845am and left at 1045am. The service provider Autumn kept telling me 20mins and by then 50mins went by and no updates not nothing. The amount of time I could've taken the engine out and put it back in... No customer service or anything. 2 hours for an oil change and it was not busy. A lady came in AFTER me and left BEFORE me. Again, a regular SCHEDULED oil change no other issues for my car. Shame on this dealership. Backstory: This vehicle purchase was my daughter’s 16 birthday present. We have owned it for 14 months. 5-6 months of that have been it sitting in Keffer’s service department bc they won’t honor their 12 months/12000 mile warranty on repairs. Avoid this service department at all cost. Timeline - Mid Jan 2025 - $3000 in repairs prior to sale to make the car ready for sale. March 2025 - Car has moderate coolant and oil leak.
