I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. They sent me a text with a list of items that needed service on my vehicle. One of the items was to replace the auxiliary battery. I told the service rep that my husband had recently replaced that battery and the auto on/off light on the dashboard had not reset. I went in for a recall and was presented with a 1400 bill. Once I declined the service the advisors attitude completely changed. There were no longer loaners available. The rep had extremely poor customer service and became rude and dismissive.

few weeks ago, I came to this location for a diagnostic on my car. The service was great and professional. Anabelle was efficient she was very kind in explaining the procedures to me. Although there were a few issues, they were very reasonable with the prices, i will come back one day thumbs up !
