Hi Everyone, I visited to the clinic on Wednesday. The lady with the scarf was very polite with me i had terrible pain in my chest that day. She answered my call and book my appointment with available doctor at that time. I don’t have to wait too long DR Abed called me in, in few minutes He was very good he listen to my problem nd help me with my pain. The lady with scarf is so helpfull and i really thanks her for that day because i was dying with pain nd she helped me alot.
I have been visiting Keewatin Medical since last year and overall I’ve had very good experiences — the doctors and staff usually do a great job. However, I wanted to share what happened during my recent visit so that it may help improve services further. My appointment was scheduled for 11:50 AM, but I arrived at 10:50. The doctor's are good and look after the patients, but Zzzerooo rating for the receptionist and other staff. If I had the option of giving negative rating I would prefer -5 stars.
very rude and unprofessional receptionist at this clinic, overcrowded as well. Please don’t come here to waste your time…
They did even deserve an one star worst clinic i have ever visit even the doctors was rude they did even know how to talk to patients never ever recommend anybody to come here and waste their time .Even though you book an appointment they still waste your time by giving useless excuses.
