I wanted to give a shout-out to the manager at this branch. Every time I come in, the team is friendly, welcoming, and always provides great customer service. Today I watched a customer come in extremely upset over money she believed was missing from her account. She was raising her voice and wasn’t very nice to the staff, but the manager stayed calm, patient, and professional the entire time.
