I will never trust this bank again. My deposit was given a 2-day hold, and the funds were clearly shown to be available today. When I went to withdraw, I was suddenly slapped with another 5-day hold caused by the teller’s mistake, not mine. (I’m not even sure if I believe that.) This is unacceptable. Customers should not be punished for employee errors, nor should funds be re-frozen after being marked “available.” I have bills to pay, and access to my money should not be at the mercy of a bank’s mishandling. LaGloria provided the best customer service at the meadow brook branch.. I was locked out of my account and didn't know what to do!!!!.. she took control and took care of the situation.. she was patient and very knowledgeable.. im a very satisfied customer!!!.
I absolutely love me some Keesler Federal! The team makes you feel like family! Kendra Simpson is such an amazing representative! Her knowledge of her job is impeccable. I enjoy being able to contact her to discuss my options on any type of credit union business! Hands down, the best credit union ever!
