Please explain why your teller refused to deposit a check and the person has an account with your facility. Why would they person have to drive all the way to Petal, MS to get the check deposited into their account. Does Ms. Kimberly or this branch not deposit checks? Do not go to this branch if you want to deposit checks into your account.
