Wasn't good- got there 10min. early - hr & 10 min. later my truck still was not in the shop. Keesee did take my wife and me home. When they returned me back to the shop my truck was done -- NO discount!
Passing thru when Wrench Light came on in the Ford Transit RV, they were awesome enough to get me in for a quick look within 30 min of my calling them. Turned out to be a quick fix, and I was on my way. Saved a 1 month road trip. Thanks, James!

A water trough fell off of a truck and damaged our truck knocking out the headlight. Keesee was able to get a headlight in the next day and install it the day after. I have owned many Ford vehicles and have been to several different dealerships and after visiting Keesee, I can say they are a first class operation. We are on vacation from Ohio and they were able to keep us on schedule and keep us going. Thank you so much.
We had to have our brand new van purchased at another dealer out of state towed to Keesee for a warranty repair. The service manager got right on it and had us back on the road in less than 3 hrs. They were very helpful. Well done!
