My story is a long 2 month battle of attrition with the warranty company here is the short version! I purchased an extended warranty on my 2020 F250 work truck and it needed a motor. The warranty company rejected my claim several times. ROBB HOWARD at keesee literally went to war with the warranty company on my behalf! I can’t even begin to express how thankful I am to Robb and the techs over at Keesee you have earned my business for as long as Robb works there!
Super chill experience. I started the purchase process 6 weeks ago by stopping by and talking to Herman. I told him my timeframe, and he acknowledged it. I did not get bothered by a single text, phone call or email inquiry. So refreshing. Their selection was better than what any dealers in other towns had by far. When I did choose a truck, they made it easy, fast and convenient for me. I really enjoyed my time at their dealership.
Everyone was really friendly and helpful! Did a great job finding and fixing my car!
