It seems Ford forces owners of the 2020 F150 to have the transmission fluid level checked at the dealerships. With no explanation on how to check it, I went to Keesee Ford to have mine checked and was told I would have to make an appointment, and pay for this simple task. I'm traveling and couldn't do it. Besides, it's appalling that I have to pay for this easy fluid check. I asked to have a technician tell me how to do it and the service representative wouldn't allow it.
