We stayed in two KEES vacation homes in Kill Devil Hills for our company retreat, and they were absolutely perfect for our team! The homes were beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and gave us plenty of room to gather as a group while still allowing everyone to have their own space. Our team especially enjoyed the amenities, including the pool, indoor fireplace, and pool table, which made our downtime together even more enjoyable. I had an issue with my room which was quickly resolved by management. This is a great place to stay!
Don’t rent through Kees. They don’t value their Customers. Once you rent the property. You only then speak to 2 young ladies in Customer service. They go back and forth saying they will tell the Team??. Nothing happens. We checked in to a fly infested home. I mean flyers everywhere dead and alive. We spent 2 days of 3 swapping flies. Update: Upon arrival, we found hair, toothpaste, and spit in the bathroom sink. Additionally there was hair all over the shower. We called Kees and a lady came out to “clean” the bathroom. She was there for 90 seconds, with one washcloth and a spray bottle. During the 90 seconds, she took a phone call. She bolted out and said “all clean”. Yes, the toothpaste was out of the sink- hair was still all over the shower walls. We loved our stay at this location. It was a quiet and friendly area plus we enjoyed access to the pier. We would definitely stay here again or at any Kees locations. Everything went smoothly from booking to checking in and out.
