44 hours with no hot water in our rental. Paid $625/ night. We had 7 guests. Their initial offer was $50, after days of back and forth they went to $350. We didn’t accept that offer. First off why go back and forth, put your best foot forward from the start. Neither party should be trying to make a deal, just do what is right. Second, in our research many thought a reasonable compensation would be 1-2 night stay which would ave been $625 - $1,250. Several other issues as well. This was a beautiful place, lots of room, 5 toilets is a big plus, great pool for everyone & in the center of the action. Stop & Shop is only a couple of blocks away which has everything else you my need. We will stay here again. A light bulb brake off in the socket & Kees had it fixed in few mnutes.
You need to stay at unit B. The location can’t be any better, one goes out of the house walk on the wood walkway that is private and in TWO minutes you are at the beach. Watch the sunrise from either of the two porches. When you come back from the beach there is a nice shower where you can rinse off. Make sure you read the instructions on what to bring, as the host only provides the minimum. We didn’t use the washer/Drier but one is provided. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!
We loved our stay here. Clean, quiet, felt safe. Staff very responsive with questions. Would definitely bring our family back.
