Giving this a 1 star because I cannot give it a 0 star. Wedding weekend October 2025 - rented a large house for the wedding party. “16 ppl” and parents of the groom and bride. We found out a couple a few weeks prior got stuck in this exact house in the elevator. Fire dept called to get them out. Kees Rental company willingly knew the elevator didn’t work ( chose to rent the 4 story hs and did not say a word) Both parents couldn’t make it up to the 4th floor to be with everyone. We had a lovely time at this beach rental. It was way more spacious than we expected and had everything we needed for our 3-night stay. We loved that we didn’t have to rent it for a whole week. We had full access to the Corolla Light resort including the fitness center. KEES made the booking process so easy. Our only complaints: The bed creaked loudly whenever we moved and the pillows were terrible. Bring your own pillows!
Cockroachs. No refund. Was told when booking had a bathtub but they only have showers.
We really enjoyed our stay this weekend. The condo was very clean and well prepared for our stay. But I would recommend maybe getting a company in to come spray for roaches that may be coming for another unit. We killed several of them during our stay. This is our 2nd staying time staying in unit but 1st time seeing roaches . Please fix this issue asap because we really enjoying staying at this location . I hope to visit again in the future.
WARNING I'm going to have to give you one I wish I could give you zero because the problem is I booked one of your hotels out in the outer Banks From August 20th to the 22nd of 2025 for my husband 60th birthday he was in a coma a couple years ago I want and I want to celebrate his 60th birthday but your company ruined that for us. Because of hurricane Erin we were not able to get to the hotel which was in Buxton North Carolina the roads were washed away and there was no way we could get out there they closed everything.
