These people who answer the phone are the worst! The office staff doesn’t allow you to articulate your concerns without have the need to push you off to the next facility (Hospital ED, Urgent Care or another Doctor’s Office). If you have any medical needs I strongly suggest you stay clear of this office! The Physician or those who own the Facility or in charge of this medical practice needs to clean house… I do not recommend walking through these door secondary to how the front end operates. This Dr is not a friendly woman. My mom said hello to her and my mom smiled. She looked my mom right in the eyes and started talking to staff. Very rude.
