Avoid this company! it’s a scam operation. They lure you in with promises of referral fees, but once you sign up, they disappear. Account reps call from different numbers with varying caller IDs, making it impossible to track who’s who. I can’t wait to move my clients away from this shady setup. Do your due diligence before trusting them.

Horrible at fulfilling orders for ELD cables. Get told one thing then something else after they don't ship the cable out. Quoted shipping charges which are completely wrong then get charged 3 times as much. 1 simple cable that should have come in 1 - 2 business days will end up taking a 5 - 7 business days and an extra 3 days on top of that, as thats how long it took them to process an order received on a Friday at 1:35 PM EST. Brutal. Also while trying to figure this out the CS at Motvie hung up on me 2 times. Just Brutal.

Horrible experience! Quoted me one price over the phone and we agreed, then sends DocuSign with different terms and pricing. Seems like they hire bunch of guys out of India and always spam call like crazy!

The auto renewed the ELD so two weeks later I call them to tell them I want to cancel and they refuse to give a refund. There is an American run company out of Virginia that has a better service that I suggest people go to
