Do not order from this florist. I was so embarrased with this arrangement. I called and spoke with a VERY rude woman who tried to out talk me while I was telling her the problem with the flower arrangement. The flowers did not match and I could not identify any of the flowers. Pedals fell off as I was putting them in the church for the funeral. They looked like I had gotten them out of a garbage dump. Karen decorated for my sons rehersal dinner at creek club at I'on. I wanted to use sand castles for the center pieces and wasn't sure on how to do this. I meet with Karen one time and she toke care of everything for me including the stress. When I walked in the night of the rehersal dinner it brought tears to my eyes, it was absolutely breath taking. I went to three different florists on the search for the best for my wedding. Out of the three, Keepsakes won! They are so nice and down-to-earth! I worked with Karen on designing my center pieces and bouquets. She was very helpful and creative! I had numerous comments on the flowers at the wedding and still to this day! I would recommend Keepsakes Florist to any one!

Repair Time In Timely Manner You don't have to wait to long for them to come to repair your appliance when they say they will be there they will be. On the two occasions I needed them they came at the time they said they would They even had the part they thought they might need in the utility truck, which they did need for my refrigerator, they wasted no time while in my home. They found the problem in no time, let me know what needed to be done, and proceeded to fix it.
