Carla was recommended to me by a friend who had her gorgeous dress altered at Keepsakes, and she was AMAZING. She nailed alterations on a pretty challenging wedding gown (think little tiny pleats everywhere) in record time with zero issues. I had a nightmare alterations experience with my first dress at an in-house tailor for almost three times the price of alterations at Keepsakes, so I feel like I can speak from experience when I say do yourself a huge favor and take your dress to Carla!

Sylvia is such a sweetheart. I got my dress from Etsy in the shop's sizing, so of course it didn't quite fit. The bust needed to be taken in and I accidentally tore a hole under an armpit when trying it on 🤦🏻♀️ Not gonna lie, I lagged on getting my dress altered. When I contacted Sylvia, we were about a month out from my wedding. She got me in the next day to evaluate my dress and scheduled me to pick it up with a bit of time to spare in case it needed some last adjustments. If I could I would give 110 stars out of 5, I would. Sylvia was amazing and is good at her job! You can tell this is her passion. My dress was breathtaking and I received so many compliments on our big day! Sylvia represented great customer service, she is personable, affordable and extremely trustworthy!! I will forever recommend her to anyone looking for alterations.
Silvia is the greatest!!! She did alterations on my wedding dress and I absolutely LOVE it!!! She made me feel so comfortable and her work is done with great confidence for great reason! Absolutely fabulous and would use her for any future alterations!!
