My wife had advanced Alzheimer’s when I had to put her in a facility. I looked at three places and keepsake Kottage’s was by far the best of them.. she required extra care due to her advanced stage. All of the care givers treated us like family. I would highly recommend keepsake Kottage’s for your loved one.
After my mom had her stroke I knew I couldn’t take care of her anymore and that’s when I turned to Kari and her team. Kari hit the ground running helping me with all the things that need to be done with insurance and the hospital to ensure a smooth transition to the Kottage. My mom receives the best care from the nursing staff and the communication has been amazing anytime there’s been questions on either end. Horrible company to work for they don’t do direct deposit and are badly understaffed but still hiring a lot of people doesn’t make sense. they have not had any improvement from what I am Seeing in the reviews and they do a horrible job with the clients in the homes. If you need to leave for a family emergency or any type of emergency you will have to wait hours for someone to show up do the office staff will not show up to help at all I do not recommend working for this company at all and the pay is way to low for the work y... read more
We have the unique experience of having both of our mothers in Keepsake Kottage HomePlus homes. This has been a progression over several years and three other types of facilities. To move our moms into Keepsake Kottage homes was the best choice we could have made for them. The care has been professional and compassionate. My Mom was struggling living on her own. Unable to care for herself physically, mentally and financially. A friend, whose father-in-law was a resident, recommended Keepsake Kottage.
