Very nice man and lady. Price was fair and had suggestions to help me save money on repairing a jade charm. He could've made money doing it for me but instead gave me instructions on how to repair it myself the same way a jewlery would. Amazing.

If I could give less stars than 1 I really would. The customer is absolutely HORRIBLE!! DO NOT COME HERE! They hardly speak any English and are extremely rude and shady how they do business. Their jewelry in store looks cheap and overpriced for cheap outdated jewelry. The Zales right down from them are Wayyy better and professional and have a better selection. This place isn't even 1 star worthy to be honest.

If you require jewelry repairs, I suggest visiting Keepsake in Clovis Mall, where the couple provided excellent service in repairing my wedding ring.

Amazing customer service. Super nice shop. Went in for my wedding bands to be resized after the other place tried to ship them out and charge too much. They did it in an hour and even asked if i wanted them soldered together, I said yes. They cleaned the rings and they shined so bright! It's been awhile since they were that clean. Would use them again for ring sizing or to buy items.
