Paid $300 upfront, over TWO YEARS AGO. Gave her all of the flowers we had from my aunts funeral. She has since blocked all of our phone numbers and we haven’t received a refund, a call back or the flowers. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!! We use to use her grandmother or mother, whomever owned the company prior and never had issues. Since Sheila took over, it’s a nightmare and truly disgusting she is okay with herself STEALING from grieving families!!!!!
I took some flowers to them over a year ago to do and paid half of it and now they don’t answer the phone, the last time I talk to someone they didn’t even know if they had my flowers and they said they would refund me the money but now they don’t answer for me to find anything out
Would not recommend using these people. I gave them my wedding flowers not long after my wedding (in January of 2020), I have called and texted them multiple times and they have yet to return my calls or texts. It is now almost 2023 and I still have yet to receive my flowers.. Beyond fed up with these people.
Whatever you do don't give this women your money. When you do get in touch with her she will give you nothing but excuse after excuse. She is absolutely the worst business owner I have dealt with!!! So frustrating!!!!!!
This my second time doing business with Keepsake the first time went ok but the second time i order 4 lg Keepsake Vase paid in full 3yr ago when i lost my mother in law in January 2019 Mrs Sheila daughter brought them to me early part of 2019 without my mother in law picture on them and the Vase was not sealed she took them back to finish them and here it is 2022 NO CALL NO KEEPSAKE VASES!!!!
