If I could give them 0 stars I would. To start, I ordered a platter with handles specifically going on the top of the platter because I liked the look of that better. After I already paid, the owner called me a few months later and told me that they could no longer do handles on the top, but it would have to go on the side. I asked if I could get my flowers back and they said no, so I had to proceed with the look I didn’t like. What a joy to work with Keepsake Floral. They are very informative. Every step of the process was explained and went according to plans. Everyone was so helpful. Even the designer worked with us. The final piece was absolutely beautiful. It is a beautiful way to keep those treasured memories! I would highly recommend Keepsake Floral.
It was not what I was hoping for. The design call was not what I had the impression it would be. No questions, no guidance, no suggestions- just what products do you want, extremely disappointing. It would have been nice for it to feel more collaborative and to see if there was anything in particular i wanted included. Communication was lack luster and the process was long. Not to mention- extremely expensive. The 2 products are nice, not sure worth the huge price tag though.
I absolutely love my bouquet preservation! It turned out even more beautiful than I imagined. The attention to detail is amazing, and it's such a special keepsake from my wedding day. I highly recommend Keepsake Floral to anyone looking to preserve their flowers. Thank you for creating something I'll treasure forever!
