I truly enjoyed the time I had it using Keep Safe Storage in Elmville. Any suggestions or ideas I had for maintenance as well received and they communicated clearly with me. The people in the office were very pleasant answered any and all questions you have. And the Owner. Chris at all times was very communicative and a very pleasant person to deal with. If we need to store something again, they will be the first call. I can guarantee this. Daniel.

We had two storage units for eight months. The online booking process was easy, the price is great for the size of the units. Being able to make monthly payments online was quick and convenient. We didn’t have any issues with the contents of the storage units, everything was safe and damage-free. Would definitely rent from this company again.

It was very easy to sign up for a unit online, and I got the access code to get in and start using it the same day. Any questions I had were answered within a few hours by email. The unit was clean and dry, with a light inside. Cleaning out the unit was just as painless, highly recommend.

Great service for letting me keep my deposit even tho I didn’t use the place at all or know they signed me up for a month to month contract pre authorized debit withdrawal and everything. Thanks tho guys!
