I’m a venue manager for an event space and took this class to be prepared for anything that may come up during an event and/or inspection. Mary Angela was a great instructor, very knowledgeable and made it interesting. I’ve worked the service industry for years and still learned quite a few things.
Mary was very knowledgeable about the class as she was a veteran at food safety and still has the tools that will help anyone succeed in food safety. I passed the test with flying colors thanks to Mary.
