My windows were an awful mess, the plastic was still on them from the winter, I had Tony come out for an estimate and he wasn’t judgy at all. Tony had planned to bring his daughter to help but she had been called in to work that day so he loaned me a drill and was very patient with me and my daughter when we were working on removing them ahead of him. Tony ordered & installed 7 new windows in our house for what we felt was a very reasonable price. Our house is a little tricky to work with but Tony was able to get them all looking great! Very happy with the service. He was polite, professional, cleaned everything up, and took care with making sure all the window seals were done properly and looked smooth. Whistles while he works, too. Highly recommend!
Tony listened to our complaints and needs with our old windows and was very knowledgeable in what we needed. He wasn't trying to sell us the most expensive window either. He suggested what window would be best for us (happened to be one of the cheaper ones). He was not pushy at all! He CARED! He got all of our windows installed in a day. We have had these guys install French doors at our cabin and also French doors at our house and he does high-quality excellent work is very friendly very reasonable and I highly recommend him to everyone who needs any kind of glass work.
Fast and efficient. We didn’t know about Keepin’ It Glassy until we tried for 4 months to get Jones paint and glass to help us but they’d never return our messages and we never spoke to anyone who could actually help us. We kept getting transferred to multiple different people who wouldn’t answer their phones and then would not return our messages. But Keepin it glassy was so much better! He kept us involved and updated throughout the entire process!
