In the photos you’ll see what I asked for… and what I got. When I arrived Kiesha directed me to someone else’s chair. This was unexpected since I texted her in advance and we discussed what I wanted AND also saw her name as the person I’d be working with when booking. My review is long overdue.I contacted this salon to get a style they posted on their page. The owner Keisha said they sold the hair so I thought that was great. The salon was clean and Keisha was nice and gave me a great wash and scalp analysis. When it was time to get the hair from the shop next door she kept showing me different options, and I kept saying I just want the hair used in the reference photo.
