Absolutely loved Kanga! I can’t recommend enough. Be prepared, you will sweat, get a great workout, lots of laughs and meet beautiful women and mothers.
One of the best things I did for my postpartum journey was join a Keeping Mum mothers group. Such lovely mums and well thought out activities. 100% recommend! So grateful to have found Keeping Mum
This is the best mum's group in existence! Not only do you get to work your booty, but every week is a wonderfully fresh, informative, supportive, and social event to be remembered. For every mum out there buried under house arrest, look no further than Jen and Kristelle. Thank you girls. This has been such a vibrant imprint on my maternity year. Lots of love xx.
These guys are brilliant. I'm just about to start my third term at keeping mum! I attended the mothers group with my first born where I made some lifelong friends and have just completed kangatrail with my second baby. Both were amazing experiences! I have loved kangatrail this term for the opportunity to move my body again amongst other mums in the same boat and such care and support from Jen. If I could offer 100 stars for Jen and Kristelle’s Kangatraining class, I would. If you are on the fence, just try it. Being short on time with 3 kids, I will just share my thank you message to Jen after 2 terms of kanga. “Big thanks to you for doing all that you do to make mums feel powerful again after having their bubs, and simultaneously so supported.
