We very much wished to rent a property in Marina East and Keeping It Realty were the letting agents. We were extremely impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, thoroughness and ease of communication. They were responsive at all times. Keeping it realty have been looking after my rental for 3 years and have also just sold it for me aswell. Fantastic professional service always happy to help and go behold what is expected. I can't recommend there services highly enough if you are thinking of buying selling or are in need of any realestate service i suggest you get in touch with them.
We’ve honestly had a brilliant experience with our property manager (Maren) and her whole team. They’ve been incredibly kind, always ready to listen, and super quick to help out when needed. Every time we had a question or an issue, they were straight onto it. Couldn’t be happier with how supportive they’ve been!
I didn’t like the way she responded. Due to traffic, I was late for 5 min and she said,”sorry I can’t open again for you, I closed all the window and door.” I said I got stuck due to heavy traffic. Then also she didn’t do anything. That was very disappointing
