****UPDATE**UPDATE**UPDATE***** 2025 - Jamie saved the day again! The entire HVAC system died during the summer heatwave. Hubby called someone to fix HVAC...unbeknownst to me. Tech, showed up in khakis and polo shirt and tried to sell hubby a $12,000.00+ system. I sent him walking. I called Jamie for help!
