Marks Construction remodeled both my kitchen and bathroom. Prior to these projects I had little to no knowledge about the renovation process, I appreciate the time they spent going over all of my options and keeping me informed if anything were to change, this helped the process move along seamlessly. I highly recommend and will be using them again in the future.
Extremely honest, knowledgeable and fair. I had an issue with my hot water and another company was trying to sell me a whole new burner at a ridiculous price. Burner Bobs came out within an hour of calling them and had my issue fixed quickly for a fair price!

We had such a fabulous experience working with the Fanning's on 2 home projects. Heather and Austin were responsive and communicative. We are obsessed with our new closet and in awe of the amazing craftsmanship and professionalism they brought to the table. I'm looking forward to future home reno projects knowing how amazing they are.
