Initially I thought service was good and people nice. However they knew I’d be moving to IA. They stated I’d have to find/pay for driver. Upon delays it arrived. Initially all looked good. Within 3 weeks hidden items started showing up. Well now since I’m too far away they really didn’t want to deal with me. In good conscience, they should have connected me to closer area where I was moving it. Evidently money over customer service means more. I kept finding more & more major problems. When the trailer first arrived here from the factory we did a PDI and then we usually have the customer come here to our lot and do a walk through to show you how to run everything and to make sure you are happy with your purchase. After coming across a very specific model of camper, I took to the internet to try and track one down. After missing the opportunity to purchase one, I happened to come across one at Keepers RV. I liked that it’s a small, family owned RV dealer. Huge thank you to Will Sargent who helped make the purchase easy.
