We've battled fleas for several years & were never able to get rid; this vet refused to help. They said Bravecto is the only for fleas around here; it does seem to slow them down, but they come back. You can't get it w/out RX & you have to pay hundreds for RX & then a couple more hundred for the drug that only lasts weeks. Very disappointment in the lack of support received after my dog had a reaction to his recent vaccines. When scheduling the vaccine appointment I made the staff aware that my dog is reactive and a bite risk, they did not offer any pre-appointment medication to help with his anxiety. I came to the appointment prepared with a muzzle, the vet stood in the corner of the room and never laid a hand on my dog but I was charged for a full exam in addition to the vaccines.
