We so wanted this to work out, but terrible service all around. The two receptionists never greeted us when we arrived and we were only one of two people in lobby. During exam, they never took my dog’s weight or temperature during an annual checkup. Doctor kept referring to my dog as a “she”, he’s clearly a boy. Doctor began exam by lecturing us on why our current treatment for ear bacteria was bad, then ended up endorsing it. We've been battling fleas for a couple of years, now. We've never been able to get rid of them. The vet has not helped us. They told us bravecto is the only thing that works on fleas around here, and it does seem to slow them down, but they always come back. You can't get bravecto without a prescription and you have to pay a few hundred for a prescription and then another couple hundred for the medication that only lasts a few weeks.
