Eduardo has done an outstanding job managing our cottage rental. His initiative and attention to detail goes above and beyond and he has made our rental truly a “hands off” experience. Eduardo is very responsive to guests, bringing a high level of customer service. We couldn’t be happier with KeeperOnSite and the business they’ve provided.
We were very lucky to have Edwardo as our maintenance manger for 10 years. He was professional and reliable and always available beyond the line of duty.
Eduardo is absolutely amazing! He was the superintendent at my building in downtown Toronto for over 10 years. Anytime I had an issue or needed help he was available to lend a hand. Although our building doesn’t have a concierge, it always felt safe as he was always close to the property and made sure the building was secure. Eduardo went above and beyond for the tenants in our building. His next tenants will be lucky to have him. He will be sincerely missed!
I've known Eduardo ever since I first moved into 60 lofts over 14 years ago and I am sad to see him go. Eduardo knew the building inside out and could always be counted on for anything the myself, or my neighbours needed. Very professional, very reliable, and very personable. He went above and beyond to help us all out with our individual suite issues.
Eduardo's professionalism and positive attitude were top notch. Not only was he great at maintaining the 2 buildings but he was also always there to help with anything else that I needed. As a single woman living alone, I totally appreciated Eduardo and his assistance for the past 10 years. Chico and I will miss you immensely. We wish you all the best.
