Keep travelling completed an insurance claim to replace the awning. James came to the house to write a quote for GIO insurance as they are the preferred local repairer. I told him that there was no rush as we had no plans to use the van immediately. James and his team had the new awning and framework replaced within 6 weeks from approval. It was all done in a half a day and we are very happy with the result. Very knowledgeable friendly staff even erected the annex to ensure it matched with the finished product.
Had my Zone rv serviced here today and the Cruisemaster suspension serviced. Very happy with the work carried out and the professionalism from all the staff involved.
Great service, excellent staff who go above and beyond to tell you of an issue and options to fix/repair it. The identified a serious issue with our last van, just before warranty expired which enabled me to successfully have the manufacturer buy the van back. Can't recommend them highly enough and have trusted them to service and maintain our last 3 vans.
I purchased a used Caravan late in 2025 and I had nothing but trouble with the brakes. I found Keep Caravaning on google search and met James who made me feel confident I was in the right place. Initially it was in for a brake and bearing service but James and his team where thorough and identified issues with the suspension and rockers and pins. After purchasing a brand new van from ‘The little caravan company’ I had multiple issues from the beginning with no help from the supplier. I then found ‘keep on travelling’ who have been fantastic!!! Finding and fixing all of my NEW van issues sometimes at very short notice. I highly recommend this friendly team to anyone and everyone!
