Keep Travelling Caravan repairs are always our one stop place. We had a caravan and they always helped with repair. Now have a motor home and they continue to give fast professional friendly help with all our issues.
They are very. friendly people however have rather poor customer service. They diagnosed the problem and charged the fee then after a month of me chasing it up they said they thought it might actually be a different part. Despite agreeing to call me back on many occasions they failed to do so. I ended up selling the vehicle without the repairs done and deducting repair costs for the purchaser.
Very friendly staff with a quick response. They fixed our fridge quickly and with no dramas. Would highly recommend.
Had our van in for a service and they found a crack in a spring hanger they organised repair under warranty and repaired it quickly. Would recommend highly Athol
