Prompt, nice, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Rick.
He made one visit to troubleshoot an electrical problem in our motorhome. He couldn't find the problem that day and said he would have to come back another day to further troubleshoot. He left some things unhooked and torn apart inside our motorhome. He's never called back after I've left several voicemails for over 2 weeks now to see if he's ever coming back to finish the job. Terrible customer service.
We would highly recommend Keep Moving Mobile RV repair if your in the Waco area! Rick was a huge blessing when our AC stopped working during an excessive heat wave. He was able to come out to the rv resort we were staying at to problem solve and got the parts ordered that night. Professional and friendly Rick had great communication and the cost were clearly communicated (very reasonable) in writing with easy online payment.
They’ve performed an inspection, winterization, water heater repair, MaxFan replacement, and minor roof repair - all well done. We are very pleased with their work.
