Dr. Purmell and his nurse had nice bedside manner and made the experience good. My only complaints were, my visit was moved up a week due to my increasing pain, but then day of the visit when I was 1 mile from the office they called me to reschedule to the next day after already pushing my appointment out an hour. This was upsetting as I was in a ton of pain. Then I was not informed until I was in the chair getting my numbing shots that they do NOT have laughing gas at the Coldwater location. Awesome staff all around. Highly recommend them. Very friendly and knowledgeable people.
I've never been to a dentist that was so thorough with high tech tools and procedures. Their in house insurance plan is also very good.
