Super helpful and friendly staff! Always make my kids feel comfortable and make sure they explain everything in detail to me. By far one of the best dentist offices I’ve taken my children to!

Dr. Purmell and his nurse had nice bedside manner and made the experience good. My only complaints were, my visit was moved up a week due to my increasing pain, but then day of the visit when I was 1 mile from the office they called me to reschedule to the next day after already pushing my appointment out an hour. This was upsetting as I was in a ton of pain. Then I was not informed until I was in the chair getting my numbing shots that they do NOT have laughing gas at the Coldwater location.
