Owners are very helpful. Sylvia in the call center is as well. Nice and clean!
We recently stored some items here for around 5 months. The unit was very clean and there were no signs of any bugs or unwanted visitors. It was super easy to setup and pay online. We set it and forget it. Definitely call the office when your ready to move out they want notice which is understandable. I spoke directly with them on one occasion and received exemplary customer service! Perfect location and easy to get in and out of. I highly recommend!!!
Very spacious units! Facility is cleaned on a regular basis! On-site customer service is available during the week from 8:00-4:30! There are strict move out rules so pay attention to your storage agreement upon rental. Overall, very easy process and a transparent company that’s willing to help their customers!! Highly recommend!!
This storage unit is garbage; the service is inexistent. Do not use this facility. Called to get help with the door code and they don't pick up, unless it is during their "business hours". How do you expect people to get help if you won't answer the phone at all hours. Fix yourself keep it storage, or your business will go under..
