Booked appt for 2pm 3/16, arrived at 1:45 waited until 2:15 and the scheduled provider Denise was not here, got her number from someone who worked here, but couldn’t reach her. For a shop that takes your card number when booking and has a right cancel policy that includes charging for over 10 mins late, there doesn’t seem to be any accountability of same expectation. Denise is amazing! I’ve been getting my hair cut exclusively by her for the last 7 years, and I have zero intention of going anywhere else. She has been cutting my hair since I was in the army, and her fades are on point. She treats you like the most important client every time you’re there, and I always enjoy the conversation. Sometimes, neither of us want to talk and that’s fine too! You cant go wrong getting your hair cut by Denise.

I got a real nice cut while my nephew had practice. Two birds one stone. We'll be back for sure. Clean and highly skilled. Felt good as new. A must.
