10 minutes late to my appointment and they refused to cut my hair. There is hardly ever any availability to get a haircut. Will start going somewhere else where they are willing to help. Every time I’ve come in for an appointment I’ve had to wait 10 minutes while they had to finish someone else’s haircut. Used to be a great place to get a haircut not so much anymore. Bella is my stylist and she’s friendly, consistent, and professional. This place is always clean and friendly, it’s become a highlight of my routines.
