Our AC suddenly stopped working on a Saturday evening, 30 minutes before we were hosting a family party. Keep it Cool was recommended to us by a neighbor and we called right away (but expecting the next day to be the earliest possible day for service)—-Gary from Keep it Cool somehow made it to us within an hour and got our A/C running again for our guests! We had a great experience with Keep It Cool Air Conditioning LLC. From start to finish, the technician was professional, considerate, and very thorough in his work. He took the time to explain everything in detail and was very transparent, even showing us pictures of what was going on with our AC unit. worst company ever out of my own experience I've been trying with them for over 8 months to finish a job and nothing has happened yet, they give you that sweet talk at the beginning until they collect the money upfront , once you pay them they don't pick up the phone and if they pick it by mistake they keep telling you next week, it's been going on for 8 months and they haven't finished the job they got paid for , worst company ever never use them out of my own experience, I even offered them to pay extra money just to finis... read more
