Placed an order for a socket picture showed 2 pcs was informed that it was only 1 socket two views misleading information on their website asked them to honor what they are advertising on their website got no response very poor customer service will never buy any of their products Won’t refer them to any of my colleagues
I was always told that a grumpy old lady worked here but when I went there for some parts today I was pleasantly surprised to meet a young lady that had only been working there since April and I can’t say enough good things about her. She was very good at her job, friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Also the parts were reasonable.
