Hired these guys to get my pool/spa up and running like normal again and automation installed. Was not an easy job and required multiple trips but they got it done. I don't think there's anything these guys can't do. Highly recommend!
We purchased a home with our first pool and was told by the Home Inspector that the pool equipment was old and will need to be replaced soon. After a few months, our single speed pump broke at the same time as the Heater. We used our Home Warranty to have it fixed. The company that the Warranty company used was awful. I purchased a house with my first pool, and 99% of the pool equipment was old, rusted, and broken. I found Jim & Greg on a Google search and it was the most beneficial random search I've ever done. I hired them on the spot because they exuded knowledge, confidence, sincerity, trust, honesty and patience to a pool rookie. Their work was flawless, and they brought my pool equipment into the 21st century. From day one they felt more like a friend than just a serviceman I hired.
service technician and overall service was poor, constantly had issues, breaking my hoses, not programing my pool pump to correct time etc. Technician would damage my pool equipment on more than one occasion even though I talked to owner in more than one occasion . I regret getting his service
