Disappointed with service - supposed to have a trial class but no staff to let you in and then once you’re in (by tagging behind another person) find out class is full and no spot was even reserved for your trial. Studio Pilates much better service and atmosphere
Very very back service. I’m so disappointed. I’m got some emergency, so I have to go abroad. I tried to contact with them but very very long time no one answered me and still want to charged the money from me. Otherwise give me the wrong number to contact too. The worker told me I can hold on any time and longer I want, but when it happened they did different way. So bullshit. One of the worst studio I have ever come across. Doesn't even have the basic customer service knowledge to talk to customer who intend to enroll for new membership. You mentioned that you were standing next to the reception staff and overheard the entire conversation. If that was the case, I am unsure why no one stepped in at the time to address or clarify my question directly. Ena and Grace are absolutely amazing! They are super friendly and encouraging. A lot of knowledge. I joined 2 weeks ago and they already great me " Hey Johnny". Super great work from them.
