Recently joined up at Keep Fit Darlington after recommendations from friends. Great setup, plenty of space, great variety of machines, free weights and cardio. Really friendly atmosphere, helpful staff and members also. No egos either, which as a relative gym newbie, is always a major positive. Highly recommended.
Amazing gym! Staff are so friendly and always keen to help, equipment is great and the gym is always so clean.
Martin is fab at his job and very knowledgeable. love attending the gym always clean and tidy would definitely recommend five star
