Ken, the owner, is amazing!! He has come out to service our appliances on several occasions. He’s honest and his prices are fair. Whenever we have a problem he’s the first call I make. Ken is knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!!!
Absolutely horrible!! Ken the owner has no concept of time. He will tell you one time and arrive hours later like it's no big deal. No to mention, his disrespectful manor towards women is unacceptable I wanted to give him zero stars but it wouldn't let me

I was doing this call as a favor to the property manager. He had several other service techs there previously that were unable to fix the air conditioner. When I arrived she was yelling profanities through her window stating that was going to damage my work vehicle. At no time did I respond negatively to her rude comments. I completed the repair of the air conditioner and left.
