We bought a home in 2020 from a private owner. Part of the agreement when buying it was to have a new unit installed. We had picked another company but the owner said he had already paid for the unit that we have now. Shortly after installation(2 days), the roofing company, while removing the old oil furnace chimney, wound up damaging the unit to the point part was replaced ( the outside coil and housing).
