Made an appointment for two vehicles to have aircon regassed. Promise was made that serviceman would call me half an hour before appointment to check that I was home. Never received such a call. Appointment time went by , sent text requesting if serviceman was still coming. No reply after an hour had elapsed , so cancelled appointment and went elsewhere. Unfortunately my experience with this company was not good. Had an air con service booked for 9:30 on Friday. After waiting around at home until after midday and having no reply to my multiple messages and attempted phone calls, he finally called me and apologized as he was stuck out of town with limited reception. All good I said, and we rescheduled again for the Monday at 9:30. Monday rolls around. I text him at 8 am to confirm my wife will be home after the school run and ready for him. No reply.
