Keep Camping provides excellent service. They are professional, punctual and have a complete knowledge of the workings of RV's and their components. Living in an RV on weekdays for 11 years we have required multiple RV repairs across the state. Our most recent repair required the refrigerator to be removed, never has a repairman taken such precautions to ensure nothing was damaged in the rest of our coach. Excellent service. After spending three frustrating weeks dealing with a big RV store to order a broken RV window, it was great feeling to have these guys come out and do the install. Ahead of schedule I might add. Better prices than the big box RV store and much better service.
Called late Friday requesting a Tuesday appointment to install a replacement entry step that Airstream was sending. Keep Camping showed up on time and worked throughout a short rain to get new electric step installed quickly. Very professional, knowledgable and personable. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of mobile RV repair!!! (They were recommended by Service Manager at Miles RV.
Urgently needed waste water drain pump replacement with no way to empty either Black or Grey tanks. Found Keep Camping Mobile RV Repair in KOA brochure and within 3 days master technician, Phillip, was on site and professionally and efficiently had the pump replaced. Costs were reasonable and transparent. He even gave me a veteran's discount without asking! Amazing experience...great job!
