I had this company booked for a move that was less than 3 miles away from my house and was hoping for a quick and easy move...didn't happen. Most of my items had been moved already, just a bed and the frame, some bookcases, a glass cabinet, two display cabinets and a couple of metal shelves, and a stereo with speakers. If you are a woman moving by yourself, do not use this company as they take advantage of women. I left to go get keys for my storage unit and while I was gone the movers didn’t do anything. As soon as I came back they had everything packed in a little over an hr. They get paid by running up the time. I had everything already done, it should have been 4.5 hrs max. Placed a deposit of $250 for service. Matt cancelled on me and told me he would return my deposit. He subsequently blocked my number and stopped responding to me. Avoid.

These people actually stole from me. When they couldn't fit all of my belongings on their truck they just didn't bother to bring them at all. What's worse is that a lot of the stuff they took belonged to my children. I contacted them and all they said was "we brought everything in the truck to Lubbock." They just didn't bother putting all of my stuff in their truck. Please be aware of these thieves.
