Keene's always has whatever I may need for home repairs. Doesnt seem too big from the outside but they got just about everything from plumbing, gardening and everything in between. Not exactly sure what your looking for? Take a picture or just bring the parts in question to an employee and theyll know what your looking for. Very knowledgeable staff they definitely know what they're doing
This place has everything you could want in a hardware store. My issue was the service. All the people there seem to be in a bad mood all the time except for one or two of the workers. If you don't know exactly what you need they tend to also think you should know. I got the feeling that they thought you were inconveniencing them by making them figure out what you needed. Great selection, bad service.
Great variety of hardware products at reasonable prices with a large inventory of screws/nuts/bolts available for individual purchase. Staff was very helpful with finding exactly what I needed.
Been coming here for all my hardware needs for years. I have always liked how they greet you at the door and help you find your way to what you need. I am so tired of spending half a day in Home Depot and Lowes trying to find what I need. And it's also hard to get help at those other stores. It's like the associates run from you. And if you catch one, they very rarely can help with what I'm looking for. 😔 It had been a very, very long time since I had last visited the store.. it was a shocker for me.. I remember before it was my favorite place to find a great assortment of cooking pots!🤗 house items No one else carried..☺ unfortunately they no longer have items for us housewives..😔 who knows if I will go again???🤔 since is now a hardware store for men only.. sad very sad 😱 .
