Rick does excellent work, and is a true craftsman. I've had water damage jobs where the carpets were cut every which way during the dryouts, and Rick was able to make them look like new again. Very rare to find someone who is so skilled nowadays.

Rick called ahead and showed up on time. He quoted me for a 2 room re-stretch and a hallway and beat my other estimate by $100. He had a power stretcher. He was quite fast and efficient. Very happy w/ the results. He has a very nice demeanor.
