Extremely rude!
If there was a zero I would rate it as that. This company took me for $5000. They would not honor a warranty even after the manufacturer of the equipment told them to. The owner is a straight up rude liar.
Beware, make sure batteries are fully charged on man lift. before leaving business with it, I didn't, so 4 hours lost time plus paid labors down! Owner didn't care!
